Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and confident
Cold Calling Executive
to join our sales team. You'll be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our business development team. This is a key role in driving our outbound outreach and expanding our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads in US/UK markets
Pitch our services clearly and confidently
Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in CRM
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or tele-sales (B2B preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in night shifts (US/UK time zones)
