We are hiring a Cold Calling Executive to connect with Directors, CEOs and Senior Decision-Makers, present services confidently, and generate qualified leads for the business team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to senior executives and company heads
Present company services clearly and professionally
Understand client requirements and explain suitable solutions
Maintain call logs, follow-ups and CRM updates
Schedule meetings between clients and business advisors
Achieve weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling or B2B lead generation
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
Confidence in speaking with senior professionals
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
