Cold Caller
to help us expand our international B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads for web and mobile app development services.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations to understand their requirements.
Clearly present IBR Infotech's value proposition and tailor discussions based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Schedule appointments, product demos, or detailed discussions for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and lead generation strategies.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle objections professionally, ensuring a positive and engaging communication experience.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in
cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing
, preferably within
B2B IT services
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
Comfortable working during
international time zones
(US, UK, Australia, etc.).
Strong
interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.
Basic understanding of
web and mobile app development services
(preferred).
Familiarity with
CRM platforms
such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Highly
self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in an
IT service or software development company
.
Ability to
personalize outreach messages
based on industry and business type.
Exposure to
lead generation tools
such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
