for a

dedicated client project

in the US market.

Role Overview:

This is a

hardcore calling role

for professionals who can confidently connect with US-based businesses, pitch services, and secure qualified appointments with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 200-250 outbound calls daily to prospects in the US. Deliver a compelling pitch of the client's offerings and generate interest. Qualify leads based on need, authority, and readiness. Schedule and align appointments with the sales team's calendar. Handle objections and keep prospects engaged. Maintain accurate prospect details and update CRM regularly. Consistently achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

2-5 years of cold calling / appointment setting experience in the US market. Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred). Strong persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejections. Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or BPO sales preferred. Ability to work in

US time zones (EST/PST)

. Familiarity with CRM and call tracking tools. Must be willing to

work from office
