to drive lead generation and client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients and introduce our digital marketing services. Qualify leads based on their business needs and budget. Maintain a strong follow-up system with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team. Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Provide detailed daily and weekly call reports to the management.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred

. Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in telecalling for a

digital marketing agency

. Strong understanding of services like Google Ads, SEO, Website Design, and Social Media Marketing. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools. Must be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate.
