We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team and promote our Steel Detailing Services to prospective clients across the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the sales process from initial interest to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the construction, engineering, and steel fabrication industries across the USA.

- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our steel detailing services and understand their needs.

- Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of each lead based on project requirements, budget, and timeline.

- Engagement & Follow-up: Build rapport with prospects, answer initial inquiries, and schedule follow-up discussions.

- Presentations & Information Sharing: Clearly communicate the benefits and scope of our steel detailing services.

- NDA Facilitation: Guide interested clients through the process of signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality.

- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required but a keen interest in sales and the construction/steel industry is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong motivation, self-discipline, and a positive attitude.

- Ability to handle rejection professionally.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
