We are looking for a
motivated and confident Cold Caller
to join our B2B lead generation team and help expand our client base across international markets.
Role Overview:
As a
Cold Calling Specialist
, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our cutting-edge development services. You'll be responsible for initiating first contact, generating qualified leads, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients in
international markets
to generate B2B leads.
Identify
key decision-makers
and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
Present IBR Infotech's
value proposition
effectively to prospects.
Maintain and update
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate call and lead data.
Schedule
follow-up meetings, demos, or appointments
for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to
refine scripts, strategies, and messaging.
Meet and exceed
daily, weekly, and monthly targets
for calls and lead conversions.
Handle
objections and rejections
professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in
cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing
(B2B preferred).
Excellent
verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working across
different time zones
(US, UK, Australia, etc.).
Strong
interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation
skills.
Basic understanding of
IT services
(web and mobile app development) is a plus.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Self-motivated,
target-driven
, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in an
IT services or software development company.
Ability to
personalize outreach messaging
based on client profiles or industries.
Exposure to
lead generation tools
such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
