Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

cold calls

to prospects in various international markets to generate qualified leads for

web and app development services

. Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs. Clearly articulate the value proposition of IBR Infotech's services to potential clients. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and call information. Schedule follow-up meetings or demos with the sales team. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve outreach scripts and strategies. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of client engagement.
Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in

cold calling / telesales / telemarketing

, preferably in

B2B IT services

. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Comfortable working across

different time zones

to target international clients (especially US, UK, Australia). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of

web and mobile app development

services is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in an IT service or software company. Ability to craft personalized messaging based on industry and business type. Exposure to lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
