We're looking for a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to make
80-100 outbound calls per day
to prospects in the US market, generate interest, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Do:
Make high-volume outbound calls (80-100 daily).
Follow a clear script and call flow while keeping conversations natural.
Identify decision-makers and briefly pitch our services/offering.
Capture notes in CRM and update lead status accurately.
Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Follow up with warm leads when required.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred).
Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
Ability to stay consistent, handle rejections, and keep energy high throughout the day.
Comfortable with metrics and daily targets.
Self-driven, reliable, and available during US business hours.
