Job Title: Cold Caller - Lead Closer (2-3 Years Experience)

Naayatrade is a fast-growing global B2B e-commerce platform revolutionizing trade between manufacturers, wholesalers, and buyers. We are looking for driven individuals to join our sales team and play a key role in closing qualified leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our internal lead database. Pitch Naayatrade's offerings and convert prospects into paid subscribers. Follow up consistently to close leads effectively. Maintain daily call logs, update CRM, and meet sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams for seamless client experience.

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in telecalling or inside sales (B2B preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi. Target-driven with a hunger for closing deals. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
