Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential international clients
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Clearly communicate the company's IT service offerings
Maintain and update a database of leads and contacts
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or follow-ups
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation (preferably in IT services)
Knowledge of IT service offerings such as software development, web/mobile app development, or IT consulting
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Must be able to work from our Indore office (on-site role)
