Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and confident Cold Caller to connect with potential customers across India. The role involves outbound calling to introduce our services, generate interest, and qualify leads while maintaining a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers within the Indian market.
Clearly communicate product/service offerings and key value propositions.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Make 1000 calls a week. (200/day)
Requirements
Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle objections and rejections calmly.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage.
