Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with 1 year of experience in handling international clients for both cold calling and customer support roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients to generate leads and set up appointments. Introduce company services/products and build a pipeline of qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on leads through calls and emails.

Customer Support:

Handle incoming queries from international clients via calls, emails, or chat. Resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed logs of interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and feedback loops.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Minimum 1 year of experience in international cold calling and/or customer support. Comfortable working in a night shift. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline. Experience in IT or BPO industry preferred.
