As a Cold Caller Intern, you will be responsible for initiating calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and scheduling meetings or gathering interest for follow-up by our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists or CRM tools.
Introduce the company and explain products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Set up appointments for the sales team or collect feedback for nurturing.
Maintain call logs and update contact information in the CRM.
Assist with market research to enhance lead targeting.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve pitch scripts and engagement.
