. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winding and assembling motors used in pumping systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform winding of
single-phase and three-phase motors
, including
stator and rotor coils
.
Identify winding specifications based on motor type and application.
Use appropriate
insulating materials
, tools, and techniques for coil winding.
Test windings using
megger, multimeters
for insulation and continuity.
Maintain
winding records
, coil data, and repair logs.
Work with the quality assurance team to verify performance post-repair or manufacturing.
Support the production team in new motor winding or rework activities.
Maintain a clean and organized winding area.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in
motor rewinding
, especially in pumps and small motor applications.
Familiarity with
centrifugal and monoblock pump motor configurations
.
Knowledge of
testing instruments
(megger, ohmmeter, ammeter).
Hands-on experience in
coil winding, insulation, varnishing, and curing
.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Experience in pump manufacturing or a motor repair facility.
Basic knowledge of pump operations and motor-pump assembly.
