Hiring for Cognos TM, IBM Cognos Analytics - Chennai
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cognos TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics professional to support and enhance our enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TM1 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain TM1/Planning Analytics models, cubes, dimensions, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TM1 models and reports.
• Develop and support budgeting, forecasting, and planning applications using TM1.
• Optimize TM1 cube performance and data processing using best practices.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of TM1 applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve TM1 application issues, including performance tuning and error handling.
• Support data integration between TM1 and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouse).
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration projects.
