Job Title: Power BI Developer


Experience: 5 to 8 Years


About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Power BI Developer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data visualization and analytics, who can independently design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that drive marketing insights and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support marketing strategies and performance tracking


Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions


Define measurement frameworks and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals


Design and manage ETL processes to transform and load data from multiple sources into Power BI


Create and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations for efficient reporting


Continuously enhance reports based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and new data sources


Optimize report performance through effective data modeling and query tuning


Document data models, report logic, and development processes


Conduct training sessions and provide support to empower users in leveraging Power BI effectively


Monitor and maintain data quality and report reliability


Required Skills and Technologies


5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development


Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large relational databases


Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and intuitive visualizations


Experience designing wireframes using tools like Figma or similar


Solid understanding of data modeling principles, ETL workflows, and data governance


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Experience working with AWS cloud services for data integration and storage


Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field


Familiarity with marketing analytics and KPIs is a strong plus


Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies
