Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured online/offline training sessions focused on:
Java programming concepts and applications
Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), problem solving and technical tests
Cognizant-specific coding patterns and interview rounds
Mock technical interviews, coding tests, and solution discussions
Provide practice resources, coding assignments, and recent Cognizant-related questions
Deliver at least one mock interview/coding test per trainee with personalized feedback
Track and report trainees' progress, addressing individual learning gaps
Resolve doubts and provide ongoing technical clarification throughout the engagement
Desired Profile
Prior experience as a Placement Trainer, Interview Coach, or Faculty specializing in Java/DSA for Cognizant or similar IT/MNC placement drives
In-depth knowledge of Cognizant recruitment pattern for technical roles, recent coding questions, and Java/DSA requirements
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to motivate and help candidates succeed in a fast-paced, 15-day format
Engagement Details
Freelance/contract position for 15 working days
