Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 3 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our impact on society.

Develop and implement innovative solutions using QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire Interactive to meet business requirements. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects. Lead the development of documentation and training materials to support end-users. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire Interactive with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Have a deep understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
