QNXT SI Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Coimbatore Config Manager In this role the Manager-Configuration will manage a team of QNXT configuration analysts. Responsible for accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of critical information on Benefits/Contracts databases. Assists in planning and coordination of application upgrades and releases, including development and execution of some test plans. Participates in the implementation and conversion of new and existing Benefits/Contracts. Validate data to be housed on databases and ensure adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, benefits, prior authorizations, fee schedules, and other business requirements. Assists with development of configuration standards and best practices while suggesting improvement processes to ensure systems are working more efficiently and improve quality Ability to extract data elements, analyze them on paper, and the prepare a data file to be loaded into the system through the backend Sr Analyst Business Rules Configuration (BRC) Experience Loads and maintain contract, benefit or reference table information into the applicable systems. Front end and back end QNXT system configuration design, implementation, research, testing, and post go-live support - Benefits: Restriction Groups, Coverage Codes, Limits, Master Accumulators, etc - Contracts: Various payment methodologies around the Medicaid LOB. Sound understanding and demonstrated knowledge of all QNXT backend table/schema structure Participates in defect resolution for assigned component Assists with development of configuration standards and best practices while suggesting improvement processes to ensure systems are working more efficiently and improve quality. Ability to Create SQL Script to pull any required Adhoc Reports Participates in the implementation and conversion of new and existing configuration. Mentors junior analysts Analyst / PA Loads and maintain contract, benefit or reference table information into the applicable systems. Overall Experience - Minimum of 3 to maximum of 12 years of experience in the Healthcare Domain, Business rules configuration, Administering Benefit / Contracts/ Providers/Claims Processing. 3-7yrs Experience using the QNXT platform Version 5.1 -5.8 Prudent problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge on Provider Billing/Coding procedures Knowledge on SQL Data Structures Effective presentation and interpersonal Skills. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Good Knowledge on Medicaid/Medicare and Commercial Lines of Business
