Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing software solutions using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless integration of web services and maintaining robust data quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software applications using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of Visual Studio .NET solutions to ensure high performance and scalability. Provide expertise in Microsoft SQL Server to maintain data integrity and optimize database performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web services using SOAP for seamless communication between systems. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development to deliver high-quality and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. Implement data quality standards using Microsoft SQL Server (DQS) to ensure accurate and reliable data. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrate extensive experience with Kofax TotalAgility Essentials for process automation and optimization. Possess strong proficiency in Visual Studio .NET for developing robust and scalable applications. Exhibit expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for efficient database management and data quality assurance. Have a solid understanding of web services particularly SOAP for system integration. Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Demonstrate leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members.
