Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Co-Founder who will complement the CEO's strengths in operations, finance, and business development by bringing deep expertise in education, childcare, people management, or marketing. This is not an employee role -- it is a leadership position that demands ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Leadership:
Shape the curriculum, teaching approach, and child-development philosophy.
Team Building:
Recruit, train, and manage teaching and support staff to ensure quality and consistency.
Brand & Community:
Build relationships with parents, local communities, and key stakeholders to establish trust and a strong reputation.
Operational Excellence:
Co-design processes that maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all locations as we scale.
Growth & Expansion:
Identify and execute opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and diversification.
Strategic Decision-Making:
Work alongside the CEO to define and execute the business roadmap, funding strategy, and key milestones.
Requirements
Proven experience in
education
,
childcare management
, or
marketing & community engagement
(minimum 3-5 years preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High integrity, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing, resource-conscious environment.
Willingness to invest time, energy, and strategic input with a founder's mindset.
