Role Overview



We are seeking an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and visionary individual to join

Sofodel as Cofounder

. This is not a job -- it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to build, scale, and own a significant piece of a digital-first company. You will work alongside the current founder to co-lead business growth, strategy, sales, operations, and team building.

Key Responsibilities



Co-develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap of Sofodel. Lead business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Oversee key operations including project delivery, team management, and quality control. Build and lead high-performing teams across design, tech, and marketing. Represent the company in investor, client, and public-facing opportunities. Innovate on service offerings, go-to-market strategy, and process efficiency. Drive Sofodel toward becoming a 100 Cr+ valued digital powerhouse.

Who You Are



A doer, builder, and visionary with startup or agency experience. Passionate about the web, branding, and digital marketing. Possess strong leadership, communication, and execution skills. Thrive in zero-to-one environments and love building from scratch. Well-networked in the business/startup ecosystem. Willing to take calculated risks and hungry to scale something big.

Requirements



3+ years experience in digital marketing, tech, or business development. Proven experience in growing revenue, leading teams, or starting something of your own. Understanding of how web, UI/UX, and digital performance services work. Ability to invest full-time and commit for the long term. Entrepreneurial mindset with financial literacy and business acumen.
