As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and establishing BodhiTree as a leader in the music education sector. *Responsibilities:* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand BodhiTree\'s market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, music educators, and industry partners. Lead the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and awareness. Utilize data analytics and market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including teaching staff, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales and marketing processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize performance and effectiveness. Represent BodhiTree Music School at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand reputation and foster community engagement. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the music education or related industry. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive business growth, and adapt to evolving market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and measure success. Creative thinker with a passion for music and education, dedicated to promoting the benefits of music education and fostering a supportive learning environment. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Music, or a related field.
