Responsibilities-

Collaborate on strategic decision-making to expand the business. Manage and streamline operations, logistics, and supply chain for maximum efficiency. Develop new revenue streams and product lines to diversify offerings. Spearhead fundraising, partnership-building, and market penetration strategies. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profitability optimization. Mentor and lead teams to achieve operational excellence.

What We Offer

A 50-50 co-founder equity split or a mutually agreed-upon equity + salary combination. Competitive co-founder compensation, with a

suggested salary range of ?25,000-?50,000/month
