Co-Founder
and help scale our recruitment and staffing business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, team leadership, and end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
business growth
by identifying and developing new client relationships across industries.
Oversee
end-to-end recruitment operations
-- sourcing, screening, selection, and client delivery.
Build and lead a
high-performing recruitment team
, ensuring targets and service quality are met.
Develop and execute
strategic partnerships
to expand market presence.
Manage
client negotiations, proposals, and contracts
.
Contribute to
business planning, branding, and revenue generation strategies
.
Ensure compliance, profitability, and scalability of recruitment operations.

Proven experience in
recruitment / HR consulting / staffing industry

Strong
entrepreneurial mindset
with hands-on operational expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a
start-up or growth-stage environment

Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in recruitment or HR services.
Prior
entrepreneurial or business development experience
preferred.
