Job Title: Co-Founder / Business Partner - Premium Home-Cooked Dog Food Brand (Alpha Hounds)About the Brand

Alpha Hounds is a premium dog nutrition brand dedicated to providing

fresh, home-cooked, high-protein meals

for dogs. Unlike commercial dry kibble, we prepare real-food recipes using

human-grade ingredients

, cook them hygienically, freeze them, and supply them as

frozen, ready-to-heat & serve meals

Our mission is to deliver

healthy, preservative-free, vet-approved, high-quality meals

that support muscle growth, immunity, coat health, and longevity -- especially for strong working breeds like Cane Corso, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, and Labradors.

Role & Responsibilities

Contribute to

business planning, brand building, and long-term strategy

Lead or support

product formulation, recipe development & nutrition research

Build a

network of sourcing, kitchen setup, production, packaging, and logistics

Develop sales, branding & marketing strategies (offline + online + D2C website) Manage vendor relations, distribution channels, and breeder/veterinarian partnerships Oversee

licensing, FSSAI compliance, packaging and labelling standards

Handle

fundraising and investor pitching

(if required) Execute

market research and scaling strategy

across India

Ideal Candidate Profile

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for pets & nutrition Experience in

pet food, veterinary science, FMCG, food production, or brand marketing

is highly preferred Strong skills in

operations, sales, finance, digital marketing, or supply chain

Ability to invest time, skills & optionally capital (negotiable) Should be committed to building a scalable national brand

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
