Job Description

Mesklintech is looking for a highly skilled and driven Co-Founder who will lead the design and development of hardware devices for Retail Automation and Factory Automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build innovative, scalable, and production-ready automation devices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and prototype hardware devices for retail and factory automation Lead end-to-end product development including concept, architecture, testing, and deployment Work on embedded systems, sensors, controllers, and IoT-based solutions Integrate hardware with software platforms, cloud systems, and enterprise tools Optimize devices for reliability, scalability, and cost-effective manufacturing Collaborate with business and marketing co-founders to align products with market needs Manage vendor selection, component sourcing, and manufacturing partnerships Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in hardware design, embedded systems, or automation engineering Expertise in microcontrollers, PLCs, sensors, and industrial communication protocols Experience in retail automation (ESL, POS integration, RFID, smart shelves) or factory automation (SCADA, IIoT, robotics) Proficiency in firmware development and hardware debugging Knowledge of IoT platforms, edge devices, and cloud connectivity Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on physical products Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution focus
