Location: Kolkata | Compensation: Fixed + Commission | Long-term Core Role

This role is for someone with a co-founder mindset, beyond 9 to 5 job. The person will drive

end-to-end business development, client acquisition, marketing strategies, and brand

partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

? Lead business development and sales efforts for the Home Decor Art division.

? Identify and tap into new markets, clients, and B2B/B2C opportunities.

? Build strategic partnerships and collaborations with home/interior brands, influencers,

and stores.

? Actively participate in professional business networks and associations (e.g., BNI) to

expand outreach, build strategic relationships, and generate qualified business leads.

? Design and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).

? Drive revenue growth and customer retention through strong relationship-building.

? Work closely with the creative and operations team for campaign alignment and timely

execution.

Skill Sets Required

? Entrepreneurial attitude with strong ownership and leadership skills.

? Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

? Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred in creative or lifestyle

sectors).

? Knowledge of digital marketing trends and lead generation tools is a plus.

? Knowledge with Interior designing.

? Female candidates are preffered.
