We are seeking a
Co-founder with strong Business Development experience in IT Consulting
to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish the company's market presence. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who has successfully sold
IT services, ERP consulting, staffing, or managed services
and is ready to build a firm from the ground up.
The co-founder will jointly define the company's growth strategy, lead client acquisition, and create scalable sales and partnership models.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Define and execute
go-to-market (GTM) strategy
for IT consulting services (ERP, HCM, Finance, Digital Transformation, Staffing, Managed Services)
Acquire
enterprise and mid-market clients
across India, Middle East, US, or Europe
Own the
end-to-end sales cycle
: lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain a
robust sales pipeline
and forecast revenue
Client & Account Management
Act as the
primary relationship owner
for key accounts
Understand client pain points and propose value-driven consulting solutions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Partnerships & Alliances
Establish partnerships with
ERP product vendors, system integrators, staffing partners, and freelancers
Build channel partnerships for
Workday, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise platforms
Negotiate commercial terms and alliance agreements
Strategy & Leadership
Co-define company vision, service offerings, pricing models, and expansion roadmap
Contribute to
branding, positioning, and thought leadership
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and profitability decisions
Team Building
Build and mentor the
sales and account management team
Define sales KPIs, incentive structures, and performance metrics
-IT Consulting, Managed Services, or Professional Services
Demonstrated success in
closing multi-lakh / multi-million deals
Experience working with
CXOs, HR Leaders, IT Heads, and Finance Leaders
Skills
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
Strategic thinking with execution capability
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Existing
client network or partner ecosystem
Experience building or scaling a startup or practice from scratch
Exposure to global markets (Middle East / US / Europe)
Understanding of
staffing + consulting hybrid business models
