Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coffee Maker to join our team and handle the operations of a small outlet of our renowned coffee company. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards. Ensure quality and consistency in all coffee beverages and related items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area. Handle customer orders, providing excellent service and recommendations. Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or coffee maker is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for coffee and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
