Job Description

Beverage Preparation:

Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.

Customer Service:

Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Order Taking and Handling:

Accurately taking customer orders, processing payments (cash and credit cards), and accurately fulfilling orders.

Workspace Maintenance:

Cleaning and sanitizing the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.

Inventory Management:

Restocking supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and ordering new supplies as needed.

Equipment Operation:

Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other related equipment.

Food Preparation:

In some cases, assisting with food preparation and serving.

Knowledge of Menu and Ingredients:

Being able to describe menu items, answer customer questions about ingredients and preparation methods, and suggest products.

Adherence to Standards:

Following food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency in beverages.
