Coffee Artist
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, an eye for detail, and the ability to craft high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
Create attractive coffee presentations and basic latte art
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients
Follow company recipes, standards, and safety guidelines
Assist with inventory management and daily setup/closing duties
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to maximum 1 year
of experience as a Barista or Coffee Artist
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Basic latte art skills preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
