Support the implementation of talent review processes, including HiPo identification, development planning, and career pathing.
Coordinate EDGE and other leadership development programs, including learning interventions, psychometric tools, 360 assessments, coaching, and learning journeys.
Partner with business HR and line leaders to track development progress and ensure follow-through on talent actions.
Program management of Job Evaluation process
Organization Development
Assist in designing and deploying OD interventions aligned with strategic business priorities
Contribute to diagnostics and analysis (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback tools) to inform OD strategy.
Program Management & Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of TM/OD programs including vendor coordination, communication, logistics, and reporting.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.
Data & Insights
Maintain dashboards and reports for talent metrics, program effectiveness, and leadership pipeline health.
Analyze feedback and survey data to generate actionable insights for individuals and teams.

MBA/PGDM in HRM
