As a Coding Teacher you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the exciting field of computer programming. You will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive coding curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the needs of students. Teach coding concepts and languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and others, depending on the program's focus. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and collaborate. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience, including hands-on projects, coding challenges, and online platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in coding education to continuously improve teaching techniques and course content. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices, share resources, and contribute to the overall success of the coding program. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders to address questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in coding and software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages. Prior teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in coding or STEM education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds. Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower students to succeed. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and execute lessons. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
