Creative Director
What is expected from the role?
The Creative Director will lead a team of graphic designers, copywriters and video production professionals. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams (like business/category, product, social media, performance marketing and CRM) and contextualize the creative brief in order to deliver creatives that meet business objectives + are consistent with brand/campaign design/messaging guidelines. Deliverables could include static + video ads, journey emailers, website banners + copy + icons, brochures, pre-recorded course content, testimonials, social media creatives, OOH creatives and so on.

What will be the core responsibilities?
- Lead, mentor and encourage creative team members of designers, copywriters and video production professionals to meet business requirements and foster an energetic/positive work environment.
- Work closely with business/category teams to understand business context, receive and fine-tune the creative brief and the related deliverables for the project/task.
- Take ownership of ideating, coordinating and delivering, basis the brief from conceptualization to final execution.
- Ensure designs and content reflect the brand image, design guidelines and company ideals consistently and positively
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
- Track aligned success metrics for creative deliverables, and find insightful ways to consistently deliver creatives that moves hearts and changes consumer behavior.
What are the requisite qualifications for the role?
- Candidates with 6+ years of work experience can apply.
- Should have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a specialized course in Design
- Candidates who have worked in similar roles + have a creative agency background will get preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with applying design, copy, or web best practices
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
- Proficiency in software applications primarily in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects. Plus points for experience in 3D applications like Cinema4d, Blender, 3DS MAX, Autodesk Maya, etc.
