Follow and deliver iUT-provided instructional curriculum and activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events to ensure the continuance/continuity of the program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use and demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking, perseverance, and patience with students in the program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the safety and well-being of the students in the program at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create an open and positive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and to be active participants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to iUT & partner organization communications in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Committed to excellence and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with iUT staff members and partner organizations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in a Train the Trainer workshop to understand the iUT curriculum and activities.
