About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coding Instructors to teach programming and computer science fundamentals to students aged 6-16 years across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive online 1:1 or small-group coding classes for kids and teens (6-16 years) via Zoom. Conduct sessions aligned with the curriculum, assessments, projects, and certification standards. Drive strong learning outcomes by improving problem-solving skills, logic, creativity, and coding proficiency. Conduct periodic

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

with a target

Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9+

. Share detailed learner feedback and progress reports with internal teams after each class. Contribute to curriculum improvements, internal reviews, and educator training initiatives. Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and high class engagement. Track student performance and recommend customized learning pathways.

Skills & Requirements

Undergraduate degree must be completed

(B.Tech/B.E, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT, MCA, M.Tech, or similar fields preferred). Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C++, Robotics basics, or similar. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage young learners in a fun and structured way. Comfortable conducting live classes using Zoom or similar platforms. Strong logical reasoning and ability to simplify complex concepts. High-speed internet and a laptop/PC with functional webcam and microphone. Prior teaching or EdTech experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Work Structure & Perks

Flexible working hours. Ability to choose multiple class slots within the available schedule.

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Daily availability of

4-5 hours

required. Fully developed curriculum, lesson plans, tools, and training provided. Opportunity to teach and interact with global learners.

Compensation

Earn

up to ?40,000 per month

based on the number of classes conducted and performance metrics.
