Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed

Robotics & Coding Instructor - Innovation Lab

to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students. The role focuses on teaching

Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence basics, and logical thinking

through interactive activities in a structured Innovation Lab environment.

The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills while making technology learning enjoyable and practical for students.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Classroom Delivery

Conduct

Robotics and Coding classes during school hours

as per the assigned timetable Deliver age-appropriate, interactive sessions aligned with the Innovation Lab curriculum

Hands-On & Experiential Learning

Encourage

project-based and hands-on learning

using robotics kits and coding tools Maintain the Innovation Lab in an organized, safe, and creative condition

Student Engagement & Creativity

Foster interest in

Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Innovation Thinking

Motivate students to explore, experiment, and solve problems independently

Full-Time Lab Presence

Report daily as a

full-time staff member

during school working hours Support lab activities, setups, and demonstrations as required

Reporting & Coordination

Submit

daily session reports

to the Head Office Share feedback on student performance, participation, and learning outcomes

Who Can Apply

Candidates who:

Have

strong communication and classroom management skills

Possess patience and the ability to work effectively with children Are passionate about teaching and innovation-based education Have basic knowledge of

Science, Mathematics, and Logical Thinking

Are available for

full-time engagement during school hours

Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive teaching attitude

Preferred Qualifications

MCA / BCA

B.Tech / M.Tech (Engineering disciplines)

B.Sc / M.Sc (IT or Computer Science)

Freshers with strong subject understanding and teaching interest are welcome
