The Coding Analyst is responsible for creating a code list from gathered verbatim responses, categorizing survey responses, and assigning appropriate codes.

Responsibilities:

Coding Analyst is a multifaceted role, encompassing the creation of a code list derived from collected verbatim responses, the categorization of survey responses, and the assignment of suitable codes. Must have experience working with Ascribe and Codeit tools. Tasked with choosing actions, resolving moderately complex procedural issues, often requiring investigation and data gathering. Ability to support seniors in medium complex jobs and work on multiple coding tools. Will involve with the client in each step from kick of call till the project delivery. Quality checks for the juniors, giving constructive feedback to the juniors to build successful career. Performing tasks like Loading data, matching counts, generating outputs, by adhering to the standards of coding process.
