Basic information on Market research, verbatim Analysis, Survey, Open ends etc. Any previous experience with coding tools is a plus. Basic understanding of research techniques like Google search, understanding of themes etc. Accurately capturing the ideas for a given verbatim Coding Brands & OES, Self-evaluation of the verbatim coded. Performing Admin tasks- Loading data, matching counts, generating outputs. Make sure to use proper prelists for a given question... Learning Data layouts, Implementing Numbering of codebook, Spell check etc.Adhering to the standards of coding process.

Expectation for the Job role

Active listening Attention to details and good communication skills. Needs to be a good team player, better understanding of client requirements, Quick learning ability is a plus. Gradually need to pick up speed to deliver the projects as per the timelines promised.
