Knowledge & Skill

• Basic information on Market research, verbatim Analysis, Survey, Open ends etc.
• Any previous experience with coding tools is a plus. Basic understanding of research techniques like Google search, understanding of themes etc.
• Accurately capturing the ideas for a given verbatim
• Coding Brands & OES, Self-evaluation of the verbatim coded. Performing Admin tasks- Loading data, matching counts, generating outputs. Make sure to use proper prelists for a given question... Learning Data layouts, Implementing Numbering of codebook, Spell check etc.Adhering to the standards of coding process.

• Active listening
• Attention to details and good communication skills.
• Needs to be a good team player, better understanding of client requirements, Quick learning ability is a plus.
• Gradually need to pick up speed to deliver the projects as per the timelines promised.
• Needs to have a positive, engaging, friendly, open to feedback and learning attitude
• Active participation in team activities
