Job Summary

We are looking for a

CodeIgniter Developer

with

2-4 years of hands-on experience

in building

custom websites and eCommerce stores

. The ideal candidate has experience working in a

digital agency environment

, understands end-to-end project delivery, and can build

scalable, secure, and performance-optimized web applications

for international clients.



You will work closely with Project Coordinators, designers, and QA to ensure

on-time delivery

and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

1. CodeIgniter Development

Develop

custom websites and web applications

using CodeIgniter (CI 3 / CI 4) Build and customize

eCommerce platforms

(custom CI-based or integrated solutions) Write clean, modular, and reusable code following MVC architecture Develop custom modules, features, and admin panels

2. Database & Backend Logic

Design and manage

MySQL databases

Create optimized queries and ensure data security Implement role-based access, validations, and business logic

3. Frontend Integration

Convert UI designs into functional web pages Work with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

, and Bootstrap Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

4. Project Execution & Delivery

Deliver assigned tasks within defined timelines Meet

daily development goals and monthly delivery targets

Provide regular updates to Project Coordinator Flag risks, blockers, or scope issues proactively

5. Maintenance, QA & Security

Debug and fix application issues Optimize applications for performance and scalability Follow security best practices and data protection standards Support enhancements, upgrades, and long-term maintenance

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

2-4 years of experience

in CodeIgniter development Strong knowledge of

CodeIgniter (CI3 / CI4)

framework Proficiency in

PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Experience building

custom websites and eCommerce stores

Understanding of

MVC architecture and REST APIs

Experience working in a

digital agency setup

Comfortable working in

night-shift overlap

with Canada/US clients

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of

Laravel
