Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in PKMS (Precision WMS by Manhattan Associates) and Magic xpa (formerly eDeveloper/Magic Software) development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions that support warehouse management and logistics systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications built on PKMS and Magic xpa platforms.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and enhance existing PKMS functionalities and Magic-based applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging for production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams (warehouse operations, IT, QA) to gather and refine requirements.

Job Requirements
Details:
Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PKMS (Manhattan Associates) WMS.
• Strong development experience in Magic xpa (Magic Software) platform.
• Knowledge of AS/400, RPG, and DB2 environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with system integration protocols such as API, EDI, FTP/SFTP, and message queues.
• Experience working with SQL queries, performance tuning, and database design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of other WMS systems is a plus.
• Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Required skills * RPGLE,SQLRPGLE as a language along with COBOL in which RPGLE being the first/primary language.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in PKMS support and development. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Primary Focus (70%): Extensive experience in PKMS support, handling day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Secondary Focus (30%): Hands-on experience in PKMS development and enhancements, including implementing improvements and system optimizations.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and present technical solutions clearly.
• ITSM Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
