Systems Analysts integrate and improve technology in the company infrastructure to enhance customer service.
They are responsible for:
Testing, maintaining, and monitoring information systems.
Coordinating the installation of insurance products/programs into Company software.
Ensuring Product changes are spec'd and delivered
Keeping systems running at full capacity to meet and exceed customer needs.
Monitoring Systems uptime and daily and monthly jobs and error files
Reporting
Form Changes
Key duties include:
Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Testing and launching products
Coordinating Installation of program modifications to address defects and enhancements
Providing technical support to internal staff by researching and responding promptly to policy, accounting, and claims inquiries.
Prioritizing appropriately and communicating clearly.
Handling special projects targeting improving customer experience or internal processes.
Form changes.

Job Responsibilities
Analyze and document business problems; recommend solutions; participate in evaluating requirements and process analysis to find alternative solutions or improvements.
Test systems to ensure alignment with requirements; develop test plans and processes.
Create/modify forms and compliance deliverables; act as forms compliance SME; test forms and triggers for requirement alignment.
Assist with upgrades, rollouts, and monitoring system performance; identify enhancement opportunities; help with related training.
Maintain documentation of business requirements and test plans; prepare user documents and training materials.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by troubleshooting technical issues and training team members on technology use.
Assist in developing communication plans and related activities.
Participate in learning opportunities to improve performance.
Lead or join special projects as assigned.
Test and maintain applications or system components using COBOL coding language for iSeries/AS400 environments, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement architecture improvements for iSeries/AS400 mid-level servers.

iSeries/AS400 systems, architecture, and operational maintenance.
Education & Experience
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, IT, or related, plus 2+ years in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent. Master's degree is a plus.
