is an AI-powered platform that empowers coaches, educators, and institutes to automate their business, create dynamic online courses, and track student performance using intelligent tools. We help modern educators scale their digital presence using the latest in artificial intelligence and automation technology.

ey Responsibilities:

Counselling & Onboarding

Speak with coaching institutes, educators, and trainers to understand their needs. Explain the benefits of CreatikAI's AI tools for course creation, business automation, and student tracking. Counsel leads via calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email to drive platform adoption. Help new users get started with demos and product walkthroughs.

Training Coordination

Schedule and organize training sessions (online or offline) for educators. Coordinate with the technical and content teams for onboarding and support material. Track user engagement and assist in ensuring a smooth transition to the platform. Collect and document feedback to improve training processes.

Lead & Client Follow-Up

Follow up on inbound leads and event attendees via CRM or WhatsApp automation tools. Maintain a structured follow-up process for potential and existing users. Upsell relevant CreatikAI features to active clients.

Support & Performance Monitoring

Assist educators in using AI tools for content creation and performance tracking. Work with the internal team to resolve user issues and provide hands-on support. Monitor usage and engagement metrics; support faculty in interpreting student analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and counselling skills (English & Hindi). Ability to explain tech-based solutions in a simple, approachable way. Comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing apps, and WhatsApp Business. Basic understanding of LMS or course platforms is a plus. Self-motivated, well-organized, and people-friendly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Education, Management, or Communication preferred). Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or SaaS customer success roles. Familiarity with AI-based tools or learning management systems.
