Requirement:
xc2xb7 Min 5 years of experience in Coaching department preferably from Aviation, Retail, Sports or Military Background.
xc2xb7 Expertise in soft skills, communication, ability for specific detailing and team building
xc2xb7 Good at relation-building and demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship skill
Minimum graduate with training/coaching certifications from reputed institutes.
xc2xb7 Should have knowledge of Advance Excel, MIS Creation of Dashboard
xc2xb7 Candidates having Military/Sports Coaching background working experience would be given first preference.
xc2xb7 Should be able to speak at least 2-3 Indian languages.
xc2xb7 Travel PAN India as per Training/ Coaching requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Identification of Coaching needs their Content Development, and expertise in delivery & Implementation.
xc2xb7 Assess coaching needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors.
xc2xb7 Deliver coaching to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. Should be able to understand Individual Capacity and then deliver accordingly.
xc2xb7 Build monthly, quarterly, and annual coaching/training program.
xc2xb7 Implement coaching KPIs.
xc2xb7 Prepare and present reports on Coaching/Training program KPIs.
xc2xb7 Record maintenance for audit purpose
xc2xb7 Measuring coaching effectiveness
xc2xb7 Interdepartmental coordination
