Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn Tennis Coach to join our team at TIDA Sports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for badminton and a proven track record of developing athletes to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Coaching:

Conduct training sessions for athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness.

Player Development:

Identify and develop the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete, providing personalized coaching and guidance.

Team Management:

Oversee the performance of Students and prepare them for competitions.

Program Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of Lawn Tennis programs and initiatives.

Facility Management:

Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities. Coordinate with Centre heads and office.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a badminton coach.

Certifications:

B.P.eD

Skills:

Strong coaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and inspire athletes, knowledge of badminton rules and regulations.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month/Negotiable
