Sales Manager

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Identify and convert leads through corporate partnerships, brokers, and direct channels. Manage the end-to-end sales process -- from prospecting and client meetings to contract closure. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community members to drive long-term retention. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and customer experience. Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to support business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the co-working or commercial real estate Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong local market knowledge and existing corporate network in Gurugram. Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
