Job Overview:

We are looking for a Co-Marketing Manager to drive brand collaborations, partnerships, and community focused activations The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in building partnerships, leading collaborations, and executing events that strengthen brand visibility both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and negotiate co marketing partnerships with local and national brands as well as influencers. Plan and execute offline activations, community building events, and impactful brand collaborations. Lead collab collections, ensuring smooth coordination between partners
and internal teams.

Develop and manage campaign calendars driving brand visibility across channels. Track, analyze, and evaluate partnership performance ensuring ROI and measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or brand collaborations. Prior experience in lifestyle or fashion brands is highly preferred.

Key Skills

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple collaborations simultaneously. Experience in event planning and offline activations. Knowledge of marketing campaign planning and performance tracking. Creative mindset with a passion for community driven marketing. Strong communication and coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
